- Skate rental is an extra charge, to be paid to the big wheel by students.
(Quads $2.00 – Inlines $3.50 per person) - Absolutely no outside food or drinks
- The snack bar will be open for purchases
- The table can be set up inside for PTA/PTO
- The Big Wheel can donate a skate for 4. You may raffle it off during your event, but you must provide your own raffle tickets.
- You may bring in a phone/tablet to hook up to an aux cord to play your own music or big wheel will provide a playlist.
- No in/out privileges.
- A $50 deposit (non-refundable if you cancel) is required 2 weeks in advance. The deposit will be taken off the flat rate when you pay your total bill.
- FOR A PRIVATE PARTY IN THE MAIN OR BACK RINK. A MINIMUM OF 50 ADMISSIONSÂ MUST BE PAID FOR EVEN IF FEWER PLAN TO ATTEND. YOU WILL BE CHARGED PER PERSON AND IN ADDITION AFTER THE FIRST TWO HOURS A FLAT RATE OF $400 PER HOUR. NO TIME AFTER 10 PM OR DURING PUBLIC SKATING HOURS. (SEE CALENDAR FOR AVAILABILITY)

- NO in/out privileges allowed. If you go outside you will have to re-pay to re-enter.
- $100 will be charged for any part of every half hour past your time to exit the building
- The big Wheel manager on duty has the right to shut down the party if any rules are not followed.
- $150 additional charge if floor scrubber is needed.
- $100 additional charge per incident for any bodily fluid found.

- You MUST provide your own security. 6 total required (Male + Female to do pat downs at door, 1 by bathrooms, and 3 to be placed where needed). They will not be included in your per-person head rate.
- All participants/belongings are to be searched, no bags allowed.
- Please do not leave trash in our parking lot. If our staff has to go outside to clean up any trash, you will be charged an hourly rate of $100.
- You MUST provide your own DJ & sound system (speakers). You MAY NOT be inside our office/DJ booth & CAN NOT hook up to our sound system.
- A $600 deposit (non-refundable if you cancel) is required. When an event is done the deposit can be held for up to three days to allow inspection of the building. You must pay for the full amount without the deposit being taken off the bill. Big Wheel will then refund your deposit amount if everything is fine.
- Tracking headcount and collecting money will be done by one staff from each party and counted at end of admitting people and will then be calculated based on per person headcount price point list and given to the event manager at end of the night minus the deposit and amount due to Big Wheel.
- Only a small group of approximately 5 will be admitted at a time to keep tracking headcount manageable.
- Only a 10-person VIP list including yourself will be allowed in at no cost and is allowed to come in to help setup.
